Lorraine has 22 years' experience in both the Insurance & Reinsurance market. She started her career as a Claims representative for both Business & Property, General liability and Inland marine in the US. Followed by 6 years in the Technical Reinsurance Accounting dept & Claims department at ESG Shared Services & Mitsui Sumitomo Reinsurance, Dublin. After successfully setting up the Claims department within Mitsui Sumitomo she was promoted to Reinsurance Claims Manager where she remained until 2015. In 2023, she joined Wagram Insurance Co. & Océanere as their Claims Manager before an exciting move to Service First in January 2024.  Lorraine is CIP, Lloyds Maritime Certificate in Marine Claims & IIA - AIC Claims management module completed.
