John is the Head of Product & Pricing at Service First. With over 30 years in general insurance, John, a qualified actuary has a wealth of experience in the industry and has taken on various roles in the past including managerial roles in personal/commercial lines and pricing. John most recently worked for Ivernia and Bank Of Ireland. Prior to this, he was a director in several areas including finance, claims, personal lines products (Aviva Europe), as well as being Head of Commercial Underwriting and Pricing.
