Underwriting

Jack has over 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with expertise across both underwriting and claims. He spent seven years with Allianz Ireland, initially working as a claims handler for three years before transitioning into commercial underwriting, where he specialised in combined liability within the healthcare sector. 

He also gained international experience in Australia, working as a Complex Catastrophic Claims Handler with Allianz Australia. In this role, he managed large-scale natural disaster claims, including cyclones and earthquakes.

Jack joined Service First in 2026, bringing extensive expertise in liability underwriting.

 He holds a First Class Honours degree in Business in Insurance Practice, awarded in 2019 and has also achieved his Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP).
