Conor Sweetman is Business Development Manager at Service First, responsible for developing broker relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. He has 20 years’ experience in the Irish insurance market across broker development and commercial underwriting. Before joining Service First, Conor held roles with Aviva, Hiscox and Chubb, where he worked closely with brokers and led the development of underwriting talent.
